The location, scale and boundaries of Mui Ne National Tourist Area, Binh Thuan Province are specified in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 1772/QD-TTg dated December 18, 2018 of the Prime Minister approving the master plan. overall development of Mui Ne National Tourist Area, Binh Thuan province by 2025, vision to 2030.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province was assigned to report to the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the General Department of Tourism, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in organizing the announcement of the Decision of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Culture, Sports and Tourism recognized Mui Ne National Tourist Area, Binh Thuan Province to promote its image, promote investment, and attract tourists.
Previously, on December 18, 2018, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on behalf of the Prime Minister signed Decision 1772/QD-TTg, approving the master plan for development of the national tourist area (national tourist area) Mui Ne to 2025, vision to 2030.
Accordingly, the National Park is located on a coastal strip of land from Hoa Phu commune, Tuy Phong to the end of the boundary of Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan with an area of 14,760 hectares. In which, the core area is focused on developing and forming tourist functional areas of about 1,000 ha.

Striving to 2030 Mui Ne National Park becomes one of the leading destinations of the Asia-Pacific region.
The goal is that by 2025, the total revenue from tourists will reach about 24,000 billion VND and in 2030 reach 50,000 billion VND with the demand for accommodation rooms by 2025 more than 21,000 rooms and by 2030 more than 41,000 rooms. It will also create direct jobs for more than 45,000 people by 2030.
